South Australia Continues Expanding

RFS continues expanding rapidly across South Australia, and to support this growth, much needed trucks, tanks, equipment and manpower are required to support the ongoing demand - specifically in our regional Depots of Keith, Murray Bridge, and Berri.

The Keith Depot, thanks to a fantastic team whose collective smart thinking is reshaping the Tatiara and Upper South East Region, a new DAF CF530 Prime Mover & New Tieman Bogie Swift Fuel Shifter will be delivered in the next few weeks.

Our Depot in Murray Bridge is also a success story, growing from a single tank, truck, and an operator to three times in manpower, tanks and trucks.  With a delivery scheduled in July of a new DAF CF530 Prime Mover & New Tieman Bogie Swift Fuel Shifter, the team at the Depot are excited to continue to provide scheduled delivery to every customer. And there’s more good news as an additional BDouble is heading to Murry Bridge in August.

Additional equipment is also on the way to the Maxi-Tanker Depot in Berri, with a new DAF CF530 Prime Mover and New Tieman Bogie Swift Fuel Shifter, plus a Triaxle Dolly, soon to be added to the Berri fleet. The dolly will be used to provide the capability to run a AB Double road train out of the Berri Depot.

The teams in these three depots are to be congratulated, as the Maxi-Tanker fleet of trucks and equipment has increased dramatically over a 12 month period, shaping and supporting each region with the ability to respond to customer’s refuelling requirements.
